ivhg : Poor customer service and professional skills, just done the interval service for my Audi A5 at 35km in this garage, and found out oil leak the next day, are you joking? it's only 2 years old, then was told it's because of the drain plug was wore out and needs replacing. hey? how much does a drain plug cost? isnt' it covered in the service job? they charged me $1,540 for the job and had me visit the garage 3 times. totally unprofessional and waste of my time and money.
